2. About webscripts.org
primary activity of webscripts.org is Electronic Software
Distribution Services on behalf of software vendors. We act as an
intermediary in the process of selling software vendors' products. We
process orders and payments in the name and on behalf of the Vendor.
With any order processed through webscripts.org, the agreement will
be entered into only by you and the Vendor. Therefore, the Vendor is
responsible for all obligations that might arise from the purchase. If
no vendor is specified in the order the agreement will be with
webscripts.org and you.
By ordering software products through our system the software
publisher's End User Licence Agreement (EULA) shall govern the use of
the software. This EULA is included in the software or mentioned on
the software publishers' Web site.
Protecting your privacy and your personal data is an important
aspect of the way we create, organize and implement our activities
on-line and off-line.
